About CoLab
Coworking is a membership club that brings people together who share the need for a place to conduct their business in an interactive space.
CoLab Shared Workspace is located on the first floor at 915 Broadway Street in Downtown Vancouver Washington.
CoLab is open from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Both dedicated desks, and private offices include 24/7 access. You can also add 24/7 access to an open membership for an additional $75/mo.
Yes. Parking is an additional $125/month.
Parking Flex Program: We have 2 spots (#28,27) on our lot that we charge $40/month for. Each spot is assigned to 2 members. So 4 people have access to spots (#28 & 27). We only offer the flex program to members who rarely come into their office but are still looking to have a chance to have a spot onsite. These spots are first come first serve.

As much as we love our furry friends, it is best that they stay home. Please no animals in the CoLab building.
Bring exactly what you would bring if you were going to work from a coffee shop. For open desk members, if you bring in, you should bring out. We have locking storage solutions if you need it!
Absolutely! Every Wednesday is free open space during normal operating hours. You can also schedule a tour here on our site OR give us a call!
Yes, we provide you with tables and chairs.
We require a 30 day notice.
Kids can tend to be anti-conducive to our work environment, so please be courteous when bringing minors, and make sure it’s in accordance with our guest policy.
About Memberships
Colab has been around since 2017 when they purchased another coworking company that was in one of the Hurley buildings on Main St. So it's 6 years old now.
Set up a tour and we will walk you through the steps from there.
CoLab is home to a versatile community spanning almost every industry. From freelance creatives, artists, engineers and everything in between, we pride ourselves on providing a home to a variety of creatives and professionals!
For your convenience, we have first-come-first served phone booths available for private or extended calls. Meeting rooms are availble by the hour so you can feel welcome to book and make private calls as needed. If you find your business requires a high volume of calls, you may want to consider a private office!
Each level of membership is allotted a set amount of monthly credits to use when booking meeting spaces through Office R&D. One credit = 1 hour of meeting space. After a member exhausts their meeting room credits for that month, they will have the option to add additional credits for a highy discounted hourly rate. We have three available meeting rooms on the 1st floor, 2 small rooms, 1 large room. Credits alotted are as follows:

DEDICATED POD- 8 CREDITS
GLASS POD- 9 CREDITS

About the Studio
We require all guests of our studio to wear booties over their shoes to keep the studio clean and pristine as it boasts a floor to ceiling backdrop for all creatives to utilize during their sessions.
While we do not have equipment or rentals onsite, you are welcome to bring in as much gear or equipment you may need during your session at no additional cost!
