Meeting Space Access and Reservation 

CoLab offers a shared, community-driven workspace for location-independent workers. It exists because of you and for you. One of the many unique amenities that we offer to our members is access to our Meeting Spaces. We also rent access to our meeting rooms to non-members $50/hour for our small meeting spaces, and $70/hr for our Large and Classroom Space.

We offer 4 meeting rooms, as well as the option to host events in either our upstairs or downstairs space. 
We offer the following Meeting Spaces:

Large Upstairs

Seating for 6-12
Portable Whiteboard Access, Video Monitor
$70/hour, or $350/day for Non-Members

Downstairs Classroom

Seating for 8-16, capacity for a larger group with advance notice. 
Whiteboard, Video Monitor
$70/hour, or $350/day for Non-Members

Pop-in Meeting Space
$50/hour, or $250/day for Non-Members

Meeting Rooms will be available in hour blocks. Members have access to meeting rooms based on availability with a 2.5 hours maximum per day, unless otherwise arranged with our community manager. 

Meeting rooms are available for use, upon reservation. We realize, that meetings can often happen on the fly and reserve pop-in meeting space in our East and West meeting rooms for our CoLab Members ONLY. Members have access to these rooms at any time, but must vacate the space for those who have reserved it.
